I earned my medical degree at Guy's, King's and St Thomas' School of Medicine in 2005, training in Forensic Psychiatry within the NHS over the subsequent decade. I now work in my own Brain Health Clinic in the heart of Canary Wharf, London. I have specialist interests in Gut-Brain Health, Nutritional Psychiatry & Functional Medicine.
I have had a longstanding interest in Medical Education and Research, having held an Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer position for over 10 years, at Queen Mary University London Medical School, where I am also currently undertaking an Research Degree (MD Res).
I have authored a number of publications in peer-reviewed medical journals, actively continue to teach medical students and conduct research.
